Hi, By default the "program files(x86)" and "program files" folder on Windows 7 are restricted access. Your user account is a limited access admin account, as are all standard Win 7 administrator accounts. You could disable UAC or take the ownership of this folder. Then, right click the HOLD folder -> choose properties -> Security tab -> make sure your account is in the list with full control. If the issue persists, right click the Windows Explorer on the taskbar, you will see the jump list. Right click Windows Explorer shortcut on the bottom and run as administrator.
