Hey guys,

 I am trying to change the language of my surface to chinese, but it keeps saying "connect to internet to check for language packs". Any body knows what's going on??

If you are not connected to Internet, connect to Internet and follow procedures. Chances are that the target language should be downloaded to complete required task.
