conflict permissions
hi, I know that it is not easy to configure shared folders I hope you gave more details. but in general there is a trick. when you start giving permission to people it is better to start with shared folder permission by giving full control to every body after that you specify which person is allowed to do what in which file by giving NTFS permissions. for example you give to X person full control in shared folder after that you can give him read only in NTFS permission because when there is a conflict the more restrictive override that why it is better to put at the final. for that I suggest to you to star from the beginning to avoid any conflict.
