computer slowdown
Recently had Norton 360 down loaded on line by their tech. Now at startup I get an alert saying: windows can not find ***** (the asterisks representing boxes); make sure you typed the name correctly: and then try again. To search for the file, click the start button and then click search. Then another alert says: could not load or run ***** (again boxes); specified in the registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry. I am rather new to computing and am at a loss as how to fix it. Short on money so do not want to take to computer tech unless necessary. Please advise on subject.1 person needs an answerI do too

If there is ANYWAY to get a refund from Norton.Do it.Norton is bloatware. It takes up TONS of system process power. If you CAN get a refund, Do it.Let me know if you can get your refund and I will provide you with free virus protection links that will work as good as Norton, without making your computer all slow.As for the new issue this is THEIR fault, I would call them and have THEM fix THEIR mistake.I recently watched a customer of the computer shop I like to hang around and learn things, walk in complaining of the same problem.Unfortunately, I was not present when they fixed it, so I couldn't tell you how they fixed it, but like I said, this is Norton's(Systematic, I think is the name of the company) doing.Young and learning...Have mercy - ChaosIf this post resolves your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" buttons.
