Hi i need some help i fix and repair phones and windows 7 has a bug where when i connect the phone via usb it installs the semc usb flash driver and then lets me do something while its connected. Then when i recconect the phone isnt detected by the computer and it displays in device manager Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38 ) This is very annoying and could stop me from purchasing the new windows 7 and i am using the rc thanks

Did you try disabling the device via the Tooltray Icon?Also, if the Device Manager says that your phone is still in memory try uninstalling it.The Tooltray icon may be hidden. Windows 7 hides all new notification/Tooltray icons by default.
