hi i need help on trying to figure out why my sims 3 game keep getting shut down

Hi, You may try to test the issue in Clean Boot environment. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 In addition, you can remove and reinstall the application for a test. If the issue persists, please follow Ricks suggestion go to Sims 3 forum.Kim Zhou TechNet Community Support
