For my work i make use of MITSUBISHI GX-Developer (V8.0) to program Melsoft Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
I was previously using windows Xp professional and the program worked as expected. I just bought a laptop with windows 8 pro (64-bit) with 4 GB ram. After installation of GX-Developer, an error message appeared:

There is a problem sending licensing Information over your network. Cause: The program ckserve is not running on the server or your computer. Suggestion: In order to run this program over a network, ckserve must be running on the network server. Talk to your network administrator.
If you are running Windows NT... Ckserve must be runing on the server or your computer even if you do not wish to share licenses over a network. Reinstalling this program should install the ckserve program.

I tried to re-install the software again and again but with same message appearing.

First, please confirm with the product vendor if GX-Developer is compatible with Windows 8. If not, you need to wait the latest version.

Meanwhile, you can right click the program, select Troubleshoot compatibility for a test.
