chkdsk access denied
I am unable to validate my version of Windows 7 Home Premium which I purchased at the Microsoft Store some time ago. I thought it was validated but then something happened and it seems I don't have access to my own system check, for example when I typed "cmd" at "Run" and a command prompt popped up, I then typed, "chkdsk/f" and received the following response,"Access denied as you do not have sufficient priviledges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode." I also tried this by typing "chkdsk/r", and received the same response on command prompt. There are more clues associated with this problem that I came across while trying to fix this issue such as, "igfxtrayWindow: igfxtray.exe-Bad Image, and error code "Ox800700b7.When I went to my account at the Microsoft store to reinstall my Windows 7 software, the Download Manager did not work, and "Windows Installer" seems to be missing from my computer. An Active X program also will not install either when I try to validate my software. Please, any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Lizliz
