child accidentally changed administrator account--lost documents and iTunes songs previously available
my child wanted to customize her desktop and tried to "Create Another User Account" but accidentally changed the Computer Administrator account. we have WindowsXP. now old documents are unavailable to us but I can "see" them when i do a search--we are unauthorized to open them. i tried to undo this mess but have been unsuccessful.1 person got this answerI do too
