Hi 123ultramom, 1. Is the administrator account changed into limited user account?2. How many user accounts do you have on the computer?3. What is the error message you receive when you try to access the files and folders? You will be able to login into computer default administrator account in Windows XP by booting the computer into the safe mode and later change the computer administrator account type. A description of the Safe Mode Boot options in Windows XPhttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222 Create and customize user accountshttp://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/winxp/accounts.mspx Hope this helps!Halima S - Microsoft Support.Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think.
