changing display language on windows 7 home premium
how do i change language display if i am using windows 7 home premium 64 bit; found solution for windows 7 ultimate but not for home premium.

The display language (all menus, help files, context menus, etc. shown in a certain language) can only be changed by Multilingual User Interfaces (MUI) that unfortunately are reserved for the Ultimate / Enterprise versions. In many localized versions you can change the keyboard layout between your local language and English but not the display language as a whole.
