To change the password, please open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts. If you set up automatical login, you need to change the following Registry key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\defaultpassword If you do not have the password of the Administrator account, you cannot log in with administrator privileges. In this case, the only solution is reinstalling the system. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”

If you right click on my computer and click manage >>> go to local users and groups >>> then users you can right click on the user and set password. (you can only do this if you are an admin of your computer) If you are using Home i don't think that feature is there so Idk if you can change it unless you boot up with like winternals CD Dominick
