hi

I've already bought an asus g750jx from Dubai. my os is "windows 8 single language". I have so many problems only 5 days after first use of my notebook.

1.my windows product key is not working any more while I haven't a windows disk and it has been installed by the asus company on the note book so I cant install a new copy or so.

2.after first update till now I never could update windows again and this error is appear:WindowsUpdate_80240438 OR WindowsUpdate_dt000" 0 (by the way I do  everything said on Microsoft community or elsewhere "specially 4 and 9 methods".i have the mcafee internet security installed by the company)

3. my store icon on start page don't work.

4. change account picture button on start page also do nothing when clicked.

5. maybe other problems I don't explore yet.

by the way I live in iran and cant communicate with the store I bought the laptop and realy need to help. please.
