change cpu from win.7 to xp pro
when i bought my cpu they said all they had was win.7 i want xp it worked better for me

Buy an XP pro disk and format your system with it.
you can still buy xp pro sp3 disks off amazon i believe.

You may clean install Winodws XP, but you should prepare for more such as the device drivers. Make sure that the computer you buy has drivers for Windows XP.
