change bios & boot from CD
I want to boot from a CD to run a special program that I have on a bootable CD. I have tried it with a bootable CD that works just fine on my other pc, but it does nothing when I put it in either of the 2 CD/DVD drives before a restart on this Dell pc. I can't seem to enter the BIOS on this Dell Windows XP Media Center pc. I don't see a note during startup telling me which button to hit to enter the BIOS. Maybe it is hidden or it just flashes away too quickly. I have done this before on my other Windows XP pc which is not a Dell, as it boots slowly (it is a tablet) and a note is displayed that tells me what key to hit during startup to enter the BIOS.So how do I enter the BIOS to make sure it is set to boot from a bootable CD?1 person needs an answerI do too
