its asking for username and password when accessing a folder inside my documents , i can open other folders

i think its somewhere messed up the ACL ,if i open that folder it prompts for username and password ,?

Hi, It seemed the folder was locked by some third party software with password protecting. Please let me know if anyone access to this folder? What is the path of this folder? What happened if you typed the password and username? Could you view the properties of the folder? Does the PC in a domain?
