i have problem log in to my microsoft account after restart my pc. when try to log in via guest, was not able to do so.

My password become invalid for the microsoft account but i never change. for the guest account, it prompt a message " windows couldn't connect to Sens Service"

please help. now i cant go in to windows at all.

i am using window 8.1
