i was blocked from accessing my hotmail account, i filled out the form where they said they would get back to me in 24hrs that was 5 days ago i havent heard anything back. i got a pin number to a private forum which i have no idea how to access? could someone please please help me! how do i access the private forum and how do i get this sorted out? 1 person needs an answerI do too
