cannot see my documents folder in safe mode
I need to send my Windows 7 laptop in for repair, and am accessing the laptop hard drive using my XP Home PC to back up files. The laptop's My Documents folder is seen but grayed out after a normal boot, and I cannot access it to copy files. When I boot into safe mode to take control over the folder, it's not visible, but all the other are. Any advice is very welcome, thanks.Charles1 person got this answerI do too
