Wrong forum. You should be asking Outlook send/receive questions in http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlooksend/threadsYour symptoms indicate you may have a view issue. Try resetting the Inbox view to its default settings. Exactly how is something you'll have to discover because you did not name your Outlook version. If you have no customized views, tryu starting Outlook once with the /cleanviews command switch. Press WinKey+R. In the Open field, enteroutlook.exe /cleanviewsBe suire to include the space.
