cannot open resmon via perform
resmom opens ok with task manager etc. but not via perform get parameter incorrect message?

If the issue persists, I suggest you download process monitor for troubleshooting.
Process Monitor v2.9
In the process monitor log, you may only check the process “mmc.exe” related processes, try to find some clues.Arthur Xie - MSFT
