cannot get the runas command to work
Hi, I have a PC running on Windows 7 64bit connected to the Server SBS 2003 via domain. My question is how to run as administrator in the dos command line when a non-administrator is logged in at the time. I have an administrator account, and when I run the command "runas /profile /user:rdundee "sfc /scannow", I got a message saying cannot run sfc, wrong username or password. I tried it many times and still got the same error message. I wonder if this is the right way of accomplishing what I'd like to be able to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi, Adding to nerd.alert, you can obtain more detailed information about "runas" via http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb490994.aspx. Hope this helps. If a post solved your problem, click Mark as Answer on the post. If a post helped you, click "Vote As Helpful" on the left side of post.
