I can not download the driver to my laptop for my two year old HP printer.it will download only to about 3% and then says it is timed out When I put the printer CD in to run it, it says something about the administrator account. When I go to that I can not change it to standard account it says change account but it is not highlighted and I have tried all the online helpDoes anyone know how I can change this thank you

Try toggling the "Passive" setting in Internet Explorer. Start Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > check or uncheck the "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility) Close Internet Explorer then try the download.
