hi i have a problem when copy an microsoft acces file. when copy this file data error(cyclic redundancy check) apear.

from where to where are you copying the file? if it is from a cd/dvd, it may be issue with either your media or the reader. Try using another cd/dvd reader. If it is from a Hard disk then it may happen that there are bad blocks on the drive.

I use windows XP this file is from a hard disk and it is not from cd/dvd.
