I used to connect via web to the cisco vpn using XP without any issue. That is not the case with window 7 Pro. I was told that the home premium would not work with VPN and was advised to upgrade to Window 7Pro which I did but the upgrade did not solve my issue. Please help

When you try to connect, does it gives you any error, If yes what is the error you get? What protocol is the VPN using?
