cannot close a window
After downloading photos from my sony camera, the window that says "erasing pictures and videos" remains and I cannot close it with the upper right X box. So far the only way I can get rid of it is to shut down my computer and restart. No too convenient! Please help this technically challenged person!!1 person needs an answerI do too

You can try to close it with the keyboard shortcut. Press Alt key and F4 key.
