Hi, Perhaps your issue is caused by the firewall block the Media Player’s request. You may kindly disable your Norton to have a try. If the issue persists, you may try to reset the Windows Media Player, please kindly refer to the following stepsL 1. Open Control Panel, point to Program and Features and hit it, then click Turn Windows features on or off. 2. Expand Media Features. 3. Uncheck (untick) check box for Windows Media Player. 4. Click Yes to continue when prompted with dialog box. 5. Click OK to remove WMP and WMC, and quit. 6. Restart computer. 7. Open Turn Windows features on or off again. 8. Check (tick) the checkbox for Windows Media Player and/or Windows Media Center. 9. Restart computer. 10. Windows Media Player 12 will be reinstate and reset. Launch Windows Media Player, and re-initialize the program. In addition, Could you please advise me that What kind of Network Environment you joined?
