When our computer first setup, we are prompted to setup an account, we might name it your name or something else. When that account is set up, it is automatically given administrative privileges. However, there is another account, the Administrator account that many people are totally unaware of. Which is is autogenerate when install,if you want to login as that account - uses the welcome screen, all you has to do is press Ctrl + Alt + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard TWICE. After, a window will pop up, that is the window that appears when fast user switching is disabled. There are two blank fields, one field to enter the username. There you will type the account name Administrator. Now, if the administrator account did not change , it should still be set at the default password which is nothing, so just leave it blank and click OK to log in. IF you are unable to access the Administrator account, then one of the last things you can do is crack the windows admin password. Search for and download Windows Password Recovery software . Burn it to a CD/DVD or USB then boot to that CD on her computer. From there on it should be "kinda" self explainable. If not there are a bunch of tutorials on google search on how use Smartkey Windows Password Recovery.
