Hi, After checking this issue, there probably is not enough free space on the disk to create the file. Check the available space on the disk. If necessary, delete some files to make room for the temporary file. Running Disk Cleanup is a good way. If the issue persists, you could try to create a new account to test the result. Hope it helps. Regards, Alex ZhaoPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I'm having the same problem as Larry. We are trying to view a report, but keep getting the message "could not create temporary file for processing". Our pc is a nice new one with Windows 7 and lots of hard drive space. Any ideas? Thanks,

I had the same problem. It comes from the IBM APF plugin. It is a security issue. Start Internet Explorer with Run As Administrator.
