can not minimize or close a program that just came out while watching another program at youtube (dont know if i click something). it's in full screen says 'advert from google', escape does not work. Turn off power, when i turn it on again it's the same program running. it's a new laptop of a friend, window 7, and have just install a virus protection. please help

You can use Task Manager (press [CTRL][ALT][DEL] at the same time) if you want to close such a program. After doing this you can try to find this software via the Windows Registry (startbutton > open > type REGEDIT and click on OK). First open HKEY_CURRENT_USER, open SOFTWARE, open MICROSOFT, open WINDOWS, open CURRENTVERSION > open RUN. Do you see the specific program? Delete it! Next open the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and find the RUN folder again (software > microsoft > windows > currentversion). Can you find the program here? Delete it! Now your problem should be solved however the program can also be activated using a shortcut. This shortcut can be found at: C:\Users\(YOUR ACCOUNTNAME)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
