Hi I have two wireless networks available - the second effectively extends the range of the first. Can I configure Vista Home Basic to connect to the network with the best signal strength - the signal strength obviously varies depending on where the PC is relative to the two access points. thanks for your help! I changed the "roaming" parameters on my wireless card and set both networks to connect automatically with no preference in Network and Sharing Center. many thanks Bill
