can't turn on wireless
I had windows vista. On the desktop was a small window on the top that had in it the option to turn off and on the wireless instead of the switch on the laptop's front. when I installed the windows 7 the wireless was off from this window. now I can't turn it on again. I checked the drivers and everything is installed correctly. The windows just think that the switch is off and tell me to turn it on.... Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

amotz:There is no physical switch on your laptop? What kind of laptop do you have? Many manufacturers (such as Dell) allow you to turn the wireless on and off using a keyboard shortcut (I believe it is fn+F2 on many Dells). With some more information about your laptop model we should be able to help you. Thanks,Nick
