Error message is: "Lync was unable to sign in. Please verify your logon credentials and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your support team." I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find. I don't seem to have any certificate related to Lync in Keychain access. I have spent many hours on it and have no idea what to do now, any help would be great.

What troubleshooting steps have you done already?
What does your dns configuration look like and what does the Lync certificate on the FE look like?

Hello ! So reading your issue.. You mention keychain so I'm 'guessing' you are working on a mac!! You will need to export you frontend Certs from the lync server/s and import them into the mac keychain. Note: if you already have a keychain for lync ensure
you delete it before you reimport your newly exported ones. Regards Iain Smith If this helped you please mark click "Vote As Helpful" if it answered your question please click "Mark As Answer" Blog http://www.northernlync.co.uk | Twitter
