my computer was sooooo slow so I turned off auto updates last week. now- can't get online at all. I tried AOL's one click fixes but that didn't help. Since I can only access the start menu, I went to Support & Help and tired to do a system restore and it wounldn't do it. I tired 5 or 6 times with different dates but it won't. I can get on IE but it won't let me get on AOL, that's where all my files are and where I log onto everytime. HELP HELP HELP

Check the behavior by booting in safe mode with networking, to boot the computer in safe mode:a. Restart the computer and press and hold F8 key (Press and hold f8 key before the windows logo).b.
