I have a Dell Inspiron 1750 lap top running Windows 7. I did a system restore and after it I can't get to desktop on startup. It turns on and shows Windows icon on startup but after it, it is a black screen with mouse pointer and that's it. I pressed F8 and tried all kinds of Safe Modes and also Fixing My Computer but nothing works. I also lost my Windows 7 disc. Please help.
