I can't successful request for a CA

Below are the errors and warning I am receiving.

Warning: Chain of the certificate is invalid xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is invalid

REQUEST-CSCertificate processing has compelted with warning

A certificate with thumbprint xxxxxx has been added to the local certificate store.

The certificate has been issued by the online certification authority and is installed to the local certificate store, however it is not valid. Make sure the Root certificate, and necessary certificate chain is installed on this server

Any help?
