My outlook express will not let me into internet explorer when I click on the shop now or advertisement underlined in outlook express e-mail. How can I clean my cache or get this to work????????????

GO to Control Panel, Internet Options, General Tab, Click Delete, Click Delete History. At the same time Click Delete files and Delete Forms, you probablly have too many anyway and this could cause other problems. Click Close. Now next to Delete Click on Settings and lower your Disk space to 50 MB and Days to keep pages in history to 2 or 3. Click OK. Now Click on the Advanced Tab, Scroll down to Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when brower is closed and put a check in the box, Click OK.These instructions are for Internet Explorer 7. Internet Explorer 8 Options are similar.
