I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 7...I TRIED TO DELETE STUFF FROM DESKTOP, GOT TOLD C DRIVE IS INACCESSIBLE....HAVE TRIED TO OPEN C DRIVE GET TOLD SAME THING....HAVEA DONE VIRUS AND MALWARE CHECKS AND ALL IS GOOD...ANY ADVICE WOUD BE GREAT...THANX HAVE ALSO TRIED SYSTEM RESTORE THIS DID NOT WORK...

Hi, First, please confirm that if you are running with the administrator. You may temporarily disable the third party security programs and boot in Clean Boot to check if it is able to access the C drive or delete from the desktop.
