broadcom 802.11n disconnecting then freezing
My internet kept disconnecting when computer going into sleep mode and when it restarted it would not connect again however now my internet just disconnects at random times and tells me limited access available. This is only on my laptop as I have had other laptops connected at same time and my xbox 360 stays connected too. When I click to diagnose the problem it will start working through the stages but once it gets to "resolving the problem" it freezes my laptop and I cant do anything until I restart my laptop again. I am on windows 7 and the wireless network adapter is a broadcom 802.11n adapter. It is a samsung laptop and i've already confirmed the setting that when going to sleep mode it is not turning off the network adapter or reducing the power. Also recently google chrome has stopped remembering my log in details, when I click "remember me" on websites it still wont remember my log in. Wonder if this could be linked? any help appreciated, Stevie

Hi, I suggest you try to connect another wireless network for a test. If the issue still persists, you may contact Samsung to check if there is a hardware issue.Tracy Cai TechNet Community Support
