bootmngr missing(no os is taking, only showing the same message)
Like i said.. Insert the DVD from Win7 and follow the steps i write from the second step...

hello ,my computer showing 'Bootmngr missing' , actually it happens when i have been format the c-drive during instalation of win7 ultimate cd.Now its only showing that boot mangr is missing when i am pressing the option to boot my win7 cd.Please any one reply me soon

hi U have to repair the bootmgr. Insert the DVD and go to repair. in DOS prompt write "bootrec /fixboot" and "bootrec /fixmbr" it fix ur problem. RegardsI want to be a MVP! | Computer Technician - MCITP Enterprise Administrator 2008

1. Boot to the System Recovery Options screen. 2. Select the Startup Repair option. (See screenshot below) 3. Now click on Startup Repair. Run the startup repair and it will attempt to fix this issue. NOTE: It will ask you to reboot your system. Reboot to see if it works. If it doesn't work, follow step 4. 4. Click on Command Prompt. A) Type c: and press <Enter>. Note C:\ is the drive letter where Windows 7 is installed. You may replace it with whatever drive letter you want where you have installed Windows 7. B) At the C:\ prompt, type cd boot and press <Enter>. C) At the C:\Boot prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command. Code: bootrec /FixMbr bootrec /FixBoot bootrec /RebuildBcd D) Now close the command prompt, remove the DVD and reboot your computer. sir, it is not working ,because my laptop have the following options right now F1 SYSTEM INFORMATION F2 SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS F9 BOOT DEVICE OPTIONS F10 BIOS SETUP F11 SYSTEM RECOVERY You said that to follow the recovery option ,but after pressing the option (F11) it showing the same message(Bootmngr missing). sir one thing is their c: drive of my computer hard disk have no data right now.please tell me solution sir, I will grateful to you. thanking you.
