I have an hp 2000 laptop with windows 8.1 . When I boot up it says it has encountered a problem . It has a blue screen then trys to boot again . This happens over and over again . I do not have the software for this computer but I downloaded some recovery tools from microsoft . This did not work . I also tried to reset and it did not work .

I can not see any code . When I get a blue screen and encounters an error it flashes to fast to read below the message .
