What I am getting:
File: \boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000e
Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

It says up toward the top it might have to do the a hardware change, but nothing has been changed since we bought the computer. The Windows installed on it is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I have tried to Google everything I can about it, and I have not
been able to find anything useful about it to help me fix this issue. I have also ran a hard disk check many times, and every time it has said that everything is working fine. As soon as I load up the computer, I get the error. The most tricky thing is that
it is a netbook, so there isn't a diskdrive, but I have many flashdrives if that is able to help. I would like to thank anyone from now who tried to help out! I really appreciate it!

(applies to Windows 7 as well; and even though the error codes are not same, the instructions mentioned should work)
You will need a flashdrive and a Windows Vista/7 ISO. Copy the ISO using
Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool. Then boot from the flashdrive and follow the instructions.

This type issue may be caused by the damaged BCD or startup components. We can try to fix this issue via the following steps.


Method 1: Startup Repair from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

Method 2: Rebuild BCD


In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
Type
BOOTREC /FIXMBR, and then press ENTER.

Type
BOOTREC /FIXBOOT, and then press ENTER.

Type
BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD, and then press ENTER.



Method 3: Use the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to run System RestoreKim Zhou

Thanks for answering! Only one problem is that the USB/DVD download tool isn't working for me. I have tried it on 2 different flash drives, and have ran as admin, but it tries to format it and says "We were unable to copy your files. Please check your
USB devise and the selected ISO file and try again." I have tried it many times, but it isn't working. Are there any other things you can suggest?

without USB/DVD download tool. I tried just now with my ADATA flash drive and Win7 installation disk and it works.
Some flash drives can not be bootable. For example some Transcend flash drives. Try another flash drive.
As I understood you don't have a DVD on your netbook?
