Hi madusha, There's no such a software could help you "resolve" the bluescreen. Because BSOD could be caused by many reasons. When you got a BSOD, the system could colloect the dump files for you to debug the issue. It may help you find the cause. The link that Irfu replied can give you the steps for troubleshooting.
