Without knowing the text of the Stop Error (blue screen) and any details about your computer, no one can help you. Please refer to these links to see what details you need to include in your next post so we can give you the focused help you need: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#how-to-write http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/555375 - How to Ask a QuestionMS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!

That error indicates a possible hardware or driver conflict. Please give the answer to The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't? What is the recent history of the computer? What are you doing when you get the Stop Error?MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!

The only hardware that I have installed in last few months is an Epson printer and on a off a few portable hard drives, other than that nothing else. Now,the blue screen error still come up and the last two blue screen said this in summary:"problem seems to be caused by following file: ati2dvag". And one of them with stop error:0x0000000A(0x00000004,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x804ECAB1). And the last one was:0x000000EA(0x86D1A4C0,0x86D2BA60,0xF79A9CBC,0x00000001).I hope you can help with this again, thanks before hand.

Thanks, that helps a lot. The ati2dvag file belongs to your ATI graphics card drivers. Update these drivers or, if you recently did update them roll them back to known-working ones. If you haven't updated them to your knowledge, get the latest drivers from EITHER ATI for your specific model graphics card OR if you have a branded OEM machine (Dell, HP, etc.) from the OEM's website for your specific model computer. If updating the drivers doesn't help, your video card is probably failing. MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
