More details, There are two utilities I use to start the investigation process. They both are free: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html There are a ton of other tools there, but these two will at least help you populate quite a bit of information outside of windows logs. These tools will give you much detail and most important, the drivers involved, library files and such related to the crashes. John Wiley
