blocking multiple local ports to port 80
I am trying to block a range of ports from communicating over port 80 but the section that allows the selection of multiple outbound ports is greyed out. Outbound rules > new rule > custom > all programs...after I hit next here I am on the step "protocols and ports". The section Local Ports is selected as "All Ports"....I would like all ports above 50000 blocked but since it is greyed out.... help?

you have to select the protocol type first eg. TCP, UDP. once you have done this, you can choose specific ports that you want to block/allow

From documentation.....(cant recall exactly where I read this on MS) the functionality I seek is not available....maybe someone can correct me?
