blocking access to teenagers
14 year old teenager who makes his own administrator account in Windows XP from limited and guest accounts instead of using limited one...the one with time limits and certain web sites blocked. He just gets on the internet and searches how to do it or goes to youtube. We have tried different kinds of security software and he can get around it. Does Windows 7 have a better way to block this action...or do we completely restrict him from internet at home? I'm sure he doesn't go around the restrictions when he is at the public library or at school.

Sadly, these days parents let the kids run them instead of the parents being in charge. Take away the computer for a while. Take control. Discipline.
