1st: do you have a backup? You should.
2nd: do you have a the recovery key at hand? It would solve your problem.
3rd: did you make the password visible by pressing the insert key, so you can check if what you entered is being received?

Hi,
Yes, besides the Bitlocker password, you also could unlock it via recovery key.
Follow these steps:
1. Double click that dive, click More options, click Enter recovery key link.
2. Get this window below, type the recovery key and click Unlock button.
