We have Windows 7 enterprise 64 bits used around our company. Some of the laptops in company coming up with access denied when we try to bit lock them but when you rebuild these laptops they work fine. Does anyone know how we can fix this problem. We are using tpm to encrypted data

Hi, I would give your following suggestion to try: 1. Open TPM Management console and clear TPM and reboot the machine. 2. Once the machine is up, make sure that TPM is ON and ownership has been taken. Open elevated command prompt and then run the below command. > manage-bde -on c: -rp -s Let me know if this works or gives an error message.

manage-bde -on c: -rp -s is not recongnized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file

We are using dell laptop which comes with tpm disable in bios. I have rebuild laptop with windows 7 enterprise 64bit version and then release that tpm is not enable in bois. went in to bios to enable and then once logged onto system try to bit lock the hd and comes up with access denied
