hi guyz i hav GATEWAY M6843i hav the same issue with my batery at window 7(replace your battery)plz let me now how to solve it

A few suggestions:1) Call Gatewat and ask them about this problem (sometimes they do recalls)2) After doing some research on this specific brand that you have, I realized its kind of old (2 years or so). My question is, do you have it plugged in alot or use the battery more. I ask this because every computer battery has what they call 'life cycle' or in other words, certain number of times it can be charged and uncharged and so on. Maybe your computer is close to the max number of it's life cycle? I recommande getting a new battery.
